Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from Joe & Eddie Studio (gnglobes.com.au).

• Our pieces: our flowers are handmade from glass. Because each is made by hand, small natural variations in colour, shape and placement are part of their charm.
• Prices & payment: prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify and trusted payment providers.
• Orders: an order is confirmed once payment is received. Made-to-order pieces are crafted after purchase — see our Shipping page for timing.
• Changes & cancellations: if you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change made-to-order pieces once work has begun.
• Care: glass flowers are durable but delicate — please handle with care (see our FAQ & Care page).
• Consumer law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
