At dusk the sky turns a deep, clear blue while the last warm light lingers at the edge. Blue Hour holds that moment in glass: cobalt and ice-blue blooms layered with amber, orange and pale yellow, set in a charcoal round ceramic vase with soft horizontal banding.
Each bloom is built from rounded glass petals that overlap in soft layers, with fine veining running through the glass — some a saturated deep blue, some a clear aqua, some a pale frosted blue-white, the warm ones glowing like amber and honey. At the heart of every flower sits a decorative bead centre with gold-tone metal details, and blue glass leaves on wrapped stems hang softly over the rim.
It sits happily on a shelf, console or desk all year. At Christmas, its deep blue and amber is a quieter alternative to red and green — and a thoughtful gift for someone who loves flowers that last.
When evening comes, two loose warm LED light strips (approx. 50 cm each) can be wrapped through the flowers for a soft glow; they are not built in, and are a decorative touch rather than room lighting.
