FAQ & Care

Frequently asked

Are these real flowers?
No — every bloom is handmade from glass. They never wilt, need no water or sunlight, and are made to keep for years.

Do they light up?
Yes — a soft, warm light glows from within. It runs on 3 coin-cell (button) batteries and switches on with the small black button. Batteries are included and replaceable; the light isn't waterproof, so keep it dry.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but never identical. Each piece is shaped by hand, so petals, colours and shapes vary a little from one to the next — that's the charm of something handmade.

What size will I receive?
The measurements we list are a guide. Because each arrangement is shaped by hand and the stems curve a little differently, your piece may vary slightly in size.

Are they fragile?
They're made of glass, so they're delicate and decorative — lovely to look at, not a toy. Please keep out of reach of young children and pets, and handle with care.

How are they packed? What if a petal shifts in transit?
Everything is wrapped carefully. A few petals or leaves may press or shift slightly on the journey — simply reshape them gently by hand when your piece arrives (see Care below). If anything arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds.

How soon will it ship?
In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days; custom pieces within 7. Every parcel is tracked — see Shipping.

Do you ship to my country?
Free across Australia, and to most countries worldwide — full rates on our Shipping page.

Can I customise one?
Yes — tell us the colour, flower, season or person you have in mind, and we'll make it with you. See Custom.

Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Add a gift message at checkout, and we'll pack it with care. A flower that's made to keep is a lovely thing to give.

Can I return it?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns on handmade pieces, but we'll always make it right if something arrives damaged or faulty. See Returns & Refunds.

Caring for your glass flowers

  • If petals or leaves shifted in transit, gently reshape them by hand, following the natural line of each.
  • Please don't repeatedly bend or squeeze the stems or branches — there's fine wire inside, and reshaping them again and again can cause them to break. A gentle shape once, on arrival, is all it needs.
  • No water, no sunlight needed. Keep out of harsh direct sun.
  • To clean, dust lightly or wipe very gently — avoid pressing the petals.
